The PSM Course and Certification targets professionals responsible for managing projects, leading project teams, sponsoring projects, contributing to key project aspects, or working in a project management office (PMO). The Project Success Method Foundational Certification, known as PSM-F®, is the first of three Project Success Certifications that will be introduced by Project Success Inc. The PSM-F® is the initial level in the PSM certification journey. It is based on the fundamental principles learned from the Project Success Method and demonstrates an understanding of practical project management concepts and skills. This certification shows that a candidate possesses the essential knowledge needed to support, manage, and execute projects consistently from start to finish using a proven and repeatable project methodology, the Project Success Method
The PSM-F® certification and credentials allow companies and organizations confidence in their decision to hire qualified professionals for their project management needs. As a PSM-F® certified project manager, you will stand out in any industry by applying a methodology trusted and recognized by Fortune 500 companies globally for over 40 years.
After successfully completing the 2-day PSM course, individuals who want to demonstrate their understanding of the course materials can request to take the PSM-F® exam and earn a certification. The initial cost for the exam is included in the cost of the PSM course.

In-Person Project Success Method Courses: The preferred and most impactful way of learning our proprietary Project Success Method. We offer the option of a private on-site classroom setting or register for one of our scheduled upcoming classes in Atlanta, Chicago or Irvine. Classes include hands on participation, course materials, breakout sessions, demonstrations as well as a light breakfast and lunch.
Virtual Project Success Method Courses: You participate in live online classes as they are happening in real-time, from anywhere around the world with an internet connection. PSI instructors teach students in a virtual classroom: you attend these courses online. Classes include full participation, course materials, breakout sessions, demonstrations and all the same activities and content as a live in-person class.
