Upon completing the two-day course, participants earn a PSM digital badge, recognizing their successful completion of Project Success Method training. They are also eligible to take the PSM-F (Foundational) Certification Exam to further validate their knowledge.
Earning the PSM-F credential demonstrates a strong understanding of the Project Success Method and the foundational principles needed to effectively plan, manage, and execute projects.

The PSM-F Certification is an online, proctored exam available after completing the PSM Course. Obtaining the certification and credentials showcases your knowledge and understanding of how to apply the PSM methodology within project management successfully within project management
