If Microsoft Project is your project management platform of choice, join us on the third day after the PSM Course to strengthen your MSP skills.  Project Success Toolkit for Microsoft Project is a hands-on, one-day course that walks you through basic software functionality and uses real-world exercises. This course provides teams and individuals with the necessary tools and workflows to plan, update, and manage projects more clearly and effectively. It serves as a link between software functions and strategic planning. More importantly, attendance includes an individual Project Success Toolkit license.  The Project Success Toolkit adds powerful functionality otherwise absent from Microsoft Project “out-of-the-box” that supports the application of the planning and control processes of the Project Success Method.

• Prerequisites: Project Success Method, MSP Software
• Course Length: 1 Day
• Registration: Closes 4 business days prior to the 1^st day of class to allow for shipment of course materials
• PDU Credits: 7
• Currently, the class supports Microsoft Project 2019, 2021, and 2024 versions
