This 40-year-old tested and proven course is designed for individuals, teams and organizations who are or will be responsible for the management of projects (any type), as well as project team members, project sponsors, key project contributors, and project management office (PMO) staff.

Toolkit for Microsoft Project

This course allows participants who have completed the PSM Course a deeper dive into understanding the applications and deficiencies of the Microsoft Project software and how to utilize the Project Success Toolkit to enhance it’s use.

Project Success Advanced Techniques

Designed for individuals who have successfully completed the PSM Course, the Advance Techniques Course teaches individuals how to facilitate the development and control of achievable project plans with this set of proven principals and tactics.

Resource Management and Budgeting with Microsoft Project

After successfully completing both the PSM Course and the Toolkit, Individuals are invited to take a deeper dive into enhancing the skills needed for successful resource planning and budgeting across single and multiple projects.

Control Methods and Practices with Microsoft Project

After successfully completing both the PSM Course and the Toolkit, individuals can Increase their knowledge and skills for controlling the performance of projects characterized by complexity and dynamic change around scheduling, communication and resourcing.
